MarkV

The Ft1000MP MarkV was the second of the series of the MP series of radios by Yaesu.

The MP followed the highly successful FT1000MP radio and comes in a 200 watt version and a Field Version. The MP designation is to honour Sako Hasegawa JA1MP, now a silent key. The radio is an advanced state-of-the-art amateur radio incorporating a multitude of new and advanced features including dual VFO, DSP, shuttle jog tuning, and superb receiver characteristics.
